Joshua Charles Catering’s Owner and Chef is Joshua Feinbloom. Josh has been cooking for 30 years. He has been mentored by Chef Gregor Rohlsson, one of the Bay Area’s finest private chefs. Josh is passionate for great food that is fresh and simply prepared. This passion combined with an exceptional palate lends itself to Josh’s ability to create sumptuous and satisfying fare for your next gathering.
